Camp Champ

Your monthly gift makes an enormous difference in the lives of youth who may not be able to afford attending Girls Rock summer camp. This vital donation can help provide FULL tuition to four campers each year. This is particularly important as we strive to have a diverse base of attendees from every socio-economic background. Girls Rock! Phoenix vows to not have a camp where we have to turn anyone away due to lack of funds. Your camp support helps us run an efficient program that benefits our volunteer leadership team and greater volunteer base, our campers and their friends and families, and the community-at-large that experiences our endeavors.

Gear Guru

Music instruments and related gear — like instrument stands, straps, sound systems, and protective covers — are integral to our summer camp programs, as well as workshops that can occur throughout the entire year. As we continue to grow, so does our need for gear so that our campers are using safe instruments that can be tailored to accommodate different sized humans with different needs and abilities. We pride ourselves on safe storage, so know that the gear you help us procure will be used for as long as possible.

Program Pal

Utilizing different venues and engaging as many different and diverse community partners as possible, Girls Rock! Phoenix offers programs throughout the year. It could be our quarterly teen-oriented music event where we work with youth to teach the basics of putting on an event that brings the music community together, or it could be a hip-hop dance workshop. We want to be a moveable hub for empowering experiences and your support can help us sustain our current programs and develop new ones that help strengthen our community.

Workshop Wizard

Workshops are an important part of our Girls Rock! Phoenix weekly summer camp sessions. They are educational, entertaining, and informative workshops — which are often hands-on and interactive — that strive to offer our participants useful tools and information that benefits daily life. Previous workshops have included “Body Image,” “How to Screen Print,” and “Stage Presence.” Your support will help us create these vital workshops, bringing in exceptional facilitators to inform our campers..
